Toby manages operations of the company while overseeing the activities of the managers of the New Construction, Retro-fit, Service and Commercial Departments.

Andrea answers all incoming calls, determines the reason for their call, then directs the customer to the appropriate department. She also greets customers who come into the office and assists in purchases being made. She has been with the company since early 2016. She is usually at the office part-time, as she goes to school full-time.
Andrea previously worked in customer service environments for 6 years.
Steven R Markham
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
Steve has 30 years of experience in the heating/cooling industry. He started in 1987 as an apprentice, “not knowing how to read a tape measure or pound a nail in straight.” He attended the Chemeketa Community College Sheet Metal program 1987-1991 and earned an Oregon Journeys card for sheet metal design and application. In 1993, he trained to be a service technician. He then spent over 20 years installing and repairing HVAC equipment. In 2007, he became a residential/commercial comfort specialist managing projects of all sizes. In 2014, he moved into the service manager position. In September 2015, he joined the Mill Creek team managing 6 service techs. His goal is to “help my crew grow and become more confident in their abilities and realize how great they really are.”
Retrofit Sales Assistant
Kelsey schedules appointments for the salesmen, as well as scheduling walk-throughs for Tim, our field supervisor. She handles tax credits and warranties, and assist with the phones. She pulls permits for the jobs, inspections.
Jennifer worked in the banking industry for 10 years, and has also worked in the HVAC industry for nearly 10 years.
Rob was born in Montana and his family moved to Alaska in 1966. He graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School in 1983 and worked for a local plumbing and heating company while in high school. He installed his first boiler when he was 18 years old. Rob attended college in San Diego and Juneau and was working towards being a mechanical engineer when he left school to work in construction full time. Rob has been in the HVAC/Mechanical and building trades for over 30 years and he says he is still learning. As he puts it, “This trade has seen some amazing progress in energy efficiency in the last few years and I think the future is going to be really exciting for us here at MCH.”
