Office Manager & Bookkeeper

This individual will oversee the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis and will manage an administrative assistant and receptionist. This role is responsible for providing accurate and timely bookkeeping and payroll record keeping while maintaining efficient internal controls; and ensuring other office administrative functions are maintained efficiently.

HVAC Apprentice

You will install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Although the ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, we will provide on-the-job, hands-on training for those who are new to the industry. In other words, we will pay you to learn our skilled trade. Beats getting into debt to earn a degree that makes the same, if not less than an HVAC Technician.

HVAC Installer

We have several job opportunities starting in residential and commercial installation and are known for our work on custom homes and geothermal systems. You will be responsible for installing sheet metal duct work, grease ducts, heating and cooling equipment, geothermal unites, ground loops, and exhaust fans.

HVAC Service Technician

We have several job opportunities and opportunities to grow within Mill Creek Heating. This is a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing gas furnace, heat pumps, zoning, residential and commercial.
