“Scott (?) was great. He spent a lot of time checking everything out. He repaired an opening at bottom of furnace. Subsequently we realized we had a rat visitor (!)..
He also revealed we had corroded batteries in the thermostat and replaced them. He let us know that the brush wheel (?) was quite dusty and that we could arrange for it to be cleaned next visit. We are quite satisfied with the service.”
