We've used Mill Creek Heating for more than a decade to service our HVAC system. They have always provided outstanding service.
So, in January 2025 when we needed to replace our 28 year old system, it was a no brainer for us to go with Mill Creek Heating. True to form, they completed the work on the schedule promised and at the quoted price. Their staff, including the technicians that worked hard to keep the old system going, to the comfort specialist who prepared our quote, the office staff, and installers...are all polite, professional, and just plain easy to work with.

Our maintenance technician was friendly and knowledgeable, he was thorough with our HVAC equipment and we felt good about the service overall. We will continue using them in the future. However, the technician wore his shoes in the house without asking (and came in without knocking multiple times which I’ve never had a service professional do) and tracked dirt into our guest bedroom and in our nursery (on our white rug!!). Please where booties or take off shoes in people’s homes.

Edit: Mill Creek called me and made it right, and I have since used them for other services - including when our furnace went out, and I have had nothing but positive experiences!

My neighbor referred me to Mill Creek Heating after he had his heat pump replaced and I decided to have our aging system replaced. Zach was very informative and knowledgeable and helped me choose the best system for our residence. The two young men that did the installation were great and finished the job perfectly. They also showed me an obvious flaw in our previous system where the air intake was loose and hanging a couple of inches below where it should have been flush to the bottom of the house! We will continue to use them for heating and cooling needs in the future!

We called the Mill Creek Heating to give us an estimate of replacing our 30 yrs old furnace & A/C system.Justin came to our home,he explaned to me several different options of the system they offered.He was not pushy at all,polite,friendly true gentleman.When my wife and I choosed the right,affordable offer,we called the company again.The 3 men crew came on time,the started working on the system at 9.20 AM.By the time at 3.10 PM the furnace was running,as well as the A/C was tested.What a feeling was for us after 34 days without heating! Awesome job guys! Thank you!

Terrible people Rude. Spoke for 20 minute with a person who was going to order a part under warranty. Never did. Denied they spoke with me. Wanted to scam me out of a 120 dollar diagnostic even though I had the part number and had other tech out who diagnosed the problem.

We also do not order parts off of another companies diagnostic, we make sure we are repairing the correct parts and to do that we have a diagnostic fee and then the repair. I had Mill Creek replace our furnace and condensing unit. I am a mechanical engineer, and know a lot about the HVAC equipment. I found that Mill Creek's team was very well versed in local building Codes and Standards, State and Federal Tax incentives, their Carrier product line, and were able to address all my additional custom components I desired.

Their install team was skilled and qualified to do the work, I also found them very east to talk to and they had very good communication skills about project timelines and installation changes due to unforeseen home layout characteristics.

I am very glad that I chose Mill Creek for my work, I will be using them for future projects, and I recommend them to anybody looking for HVAC work to be done correctly, efficiently, and cost effectively.

We have a geothermal furnace that went on the blink. Michael came out and within an hour or so had the furnace working perfect. I felt like he knew exactly what was wrong with in minutes and had it fixed. I'd recommend Mill Creek as an honest well trained company.

I would highly recommend Mill Creek Heating for all your HVAC needs. They did an awesome job for me with a heat pump we had installed above 5 years ago. We had a small Capacitor go out late Sunday evening duringthehot dayofthe summerso far. I called the emergency number and Brian the service technician called me right back , came out late on Sunday night, fixed the problem. Nice cool evening! Great technician, thanks Brian!

Every person that I have interacted with at Mill Creek has been incredible. From the estimator to the front desk to the installation team, all fantastic.

I had a 40-year-old furnace in my house and I wanted to upgrade to have AC. Justin walked me through every possible option that I had and explained the differences between the options (including long-term, and short-term savings). They were able to look up any discounts and rebate programs with my electric and gas company and apply those. I never felt pressured to buy anything or to pick one option over the other. I ended up replacing the entire unit and opting for a heat pump.

I have a family member that does HVAC in another state, and I asked him to review my estimates to make sure I wasn’t being overcharged or ripped off. He said that all of the estimates were priced right where they should be and there wasn’t anything I was being offered that I didn’t need.

I’m very happy with Mill Creek. 10/10.

I have only positive things to say about Mill Creek Heating. I considered four different HVAC companies for the project. They all sent representatives to assess the site, but Justin's assessment was BY FAR the most thorough and professional, and it became clear to me their solution would be be the best designed and implemented. Since then, then he has done exactly what he said he was going to do, on time, while begin unfailingly polite and professional. Mill Creek bid was not the lowest, but when I consider the 20+ years I need for the system to perform well, and the care and expertise they bring to the work, I think it likely that over the long run Mill Creek will in fact be the most affordable.
