You will be responsible for installing sheet metal duct work, grease ducts, heating and cooling equipment, geothermal units, ground loops, and exhaust venting. You will also work as a mentor to one apprentice at a time where you will be expected to provide knowledge, training, and guidance to develop the right skills to be able to perform HVAC installation jobs effectively. We work with high quality products and materials and we expect high quality work. We have mandatory trainings regularly that are usually accompanied by a BBQ and time to network with the entire Mill Creek Heating Team and our Vendors.
You will be teamed up with an experienced HVAC Installer who will help you learn the trade hands-on. This will be a faced paced learning environment where you will be responsible for installing sheet metal duct work, grease ducts, heating and cooling equipment, geothermal units, ground loops, and exhaust venting. We work with high quality products and materials, and we expect high quality work. You will assist with daily operations of the warehouse, including freight, shipping, and receiving, returns and transfers. Process invoices and shipping orders, while also maintaining warehouse inventory. Make sure that the needed products are stocked in a timely manner. Maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations and provide impeccable customer service to our clients.
