My neighbor referred me to Mill Creek Heating after he had his heat pump replaced and I decided to have our aging system replaced. Zach was very informative and knowledgeable and helped me choose the best system for our residence. The two young men that did the installation were great and finished the job perfectly. They also showed me an obvious flaw in our previous system where the air intake was loose and hanging a couple of inches below where it should have been flush to the bottom of the house! We will continue to use them for heating and cooling needs in the future!

from breakdown to replacement was only 5 days mill creek did a great job city didn't show for there app maybe next week but mill creek heating is a great company

We called the Mill Creek Heating to give us an estimate of replacing our 30 yrs old furnace & A/C system.Justin came to our home,he explaned to me several different options of the system they offered.He was not pushy at all,polite,friendly true gentleman.When my wife and I choosed the right,affordable offer,we called the company again.The 3 men crew came on time,the started working on the system at 9.20 AM.By the time at 3.10 PM the furnace was running,as well as the A/C was tested.What a feeling was for us after 34 days without heating! Awesome job guys! Thank you!

Terrible people Rude. Spoke for 20 minute with a person who was going to order a part under warranty. Never did. Denied they spoke with me. Wanted to scam me out of a 120 dollar diagnostic even though I had the part number and had other tech out who diagnosed the problem.

Justin gave us several options to chose from and listened to what we needed because this was a rental. Equipment was installed very professionally.

I had Mill Creek replace our furnace and condensing unit. I am a mechanical engineer, and know a lot about the HVAC equipment. I found that Mill Creek's team was very well versed in local building Codes and Standards, State and Federal Tax incentives, their Carrier product line, and were able to address all my additional custom components I desired.Their install team was skilled and qualified to do the work, I also found them very east to talk to and they had very good communication skills about project timelines and installation changes due to unforeseen home layout characteristics.I am very glad that I chose Mill Creek for my work, I will be using them for future projects, and I recommend them to anybody looking for HVAC work to be done correctly, efficiently, and cost effectively.

We have a geothermal furnace that went on the blink. Michael came out and within an hour or so had the furnace working perfect. I felt like he knew exactly what was wrong with in minutes and had it fixed. I'd recommend Mill Creek as an honest well trained company.

We called around 5:45pm last night and left a message with the answering service about our office AC going out. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Heating for all your HVAC needs. They did an awesome job for me with a heat pump we had installed above 5 years ago. We had a small Capacitor go out late Sunday evening duringthehot dayofthe summerso far. I called the emergency number and Brian the service technician called me right back , came out late on Sunday night, fixed the problem. Nice cool evening! Great technician, thanks Brian!

Every person that I have interacted with at Mill Creek has been incredible. From the estimator to the front desk to the installation team, all fantastic.I had a 40-year-old furnace in my house and I wanted to upgrade to have AC. Justin walked me through every possible option that I had and explained the differences between the options (including long-term, and short-term savings). They were able to look up any discounts and rebate programs with my electric and gas company and apply those. I never felt pressured to buy anything or to pick one option over the other. I ended up replacing the entire unit and opting for a heat pump.I have a family member that does HVAC in another state, and I asked him to review my estimates to make sure I wasn’t being overcharged or ripped off. He said that all of the estimates were priced right where they should be and there wasn’t anything I was being offered that I didn’t need.I’m very happy with Mill Creek. 10/10.

We needed a new heating and air conditioning unit. They came out and assessed the situation in a quick time frame and got us options and took time to go over all our questions. Once we picked what we wanted, they scheduled the installation and took care of everything within days.

Mill Creek Heating helped us out big time! Our 26 year old furnace died & when scheduling - they got us on the calendar three days later for an installation of a new furnace (& removed the old one).I would highly recommend them!

I have only positive things to say about Mill Creek Heating. I considered four different HVAC companies for the project. They all sent representatives to assess the site, but Justin's assessment was BY FAR the most thorough and professional, and it became clear to me their solution would be be the best designed and implemented. Since then, then he has done exactly what he said he was going to do, on time, while begin unfailingly polite and professional. Mill Creek bid was not the lowest, but when I consider the 20+ years I need for the system to perform well, and the care and expertise they bring to the work, I think it likely that over the long run Mill Creek will in fact be the most affordable.

We are very pleased with Mill Creek Heating and its team. Zach did a fantastic job answering all questions we had as a customer at the site visit, showing up during the installation to help coach the installers and returning after the installation was done to check on the project. There were a few minor hiccups that caused our project to take a few extra days, but the team did a great job. Thank you Mill Creek Heating team for a job well done.

This company is outstanding! They communicate superbly and were able to schedule me for an estimate and then a full furnace replacement and everything was complete in just over a week’s time. Amazing. Zac Holt did a fantastic job for me. He fully understood the situation and the need and he met that need with regard to both timing and price. Mill Creek Heating took me from huge headache to sigh of relief quickly and efficiently. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They exceeded expectations and I’d give 10 stars if I could!

After our 26 year old furnace gave up the ghost we contacted Mill Creek heating. Justin set an appointment and showed up at the scheduled time. Took the time the go through all our options and explained the differences. Very patient and answered all our questions. He came back after the installation and showed us how to program and adjust the programs on the thermostat. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. If you need a furnace or heat pump or air conditioner call Mill Creek and ask for Justin.

Justin was awesome. He arrived a few days before the most recent cold snap/ice storm, and I’m sure I had a “deer in the headlights” look after getting a bid north of $24k for a 80% and a bargain brand from a competitor. I was ready to pull the trigger when Justin arrived and took the time to go over my options and showed me I could get a high efficiency Carrier brand with an air purifier and UV scrubber (important to us as we have 3 dogs and foster regularly) for much less. And it was installed before the cold!!Install was easy and the techs were professional and courteous. Justin came back out a few days after install to ensure I was satisfied. I’m have never used this company for maintenance but if it’s half as reasonable and efficient as buying I know who to use from now on!

Horrible service. They repeatedly blew off scheduled appointments and pushed me out a month until they could reschedule. When I told them I had no back-up heat when it was too cold for my heat heat pump to work, they couldn't come in less than a month. If you want to be disappointed and without heat, this is the company for you. Wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

Wonderful experience. Of course the heater goes out as it starts to get really cold. Mill Creek was able to come out same day to diagnose. And what do you know, the part I need for an over 12 year old furnace had to be ordered. The guys did a temp fix, got the heat going, and installed the part 3 days later. Super awesome customer service. I would recommend.

Very thorough, knowledgeable and professional

The installation of my new furnace happened two weeks ago but the walk through and the final city inspection just happened recently. Before too much time goes by, I wanted to tell others how delighted I am with the work and people of Mill Creek Heating. The office folks were always polite and very helpful in going through the billing and scheduling items. Justin was an outstanding person to work with regards to the sales process and all the options we had to work through. I liked how thorough he was in determining our home heating needs and matching furnace options to those needs, and then doing a final walkthrough after the installation. Finally, I was very pleased with the two installers, Brett and Tim. Mill Creek Heating should be proud of these two employees who are on the front line and interact the most with the customer and their home while removing the old furnace and installing the new one. They both were very hard working, courteous, and did an outstanding job on my installation, see the attached photo. Thanks to everyone at Mill Creek Heating.

Mill Creek just installed a new XV20i heat pump and air handler system.I was impressed by the the knowledge and professionalism of Ethan and Kendrik the installers.The system is so quite! Trane is a great product and I am sure this one will be even better than my last Trane system.I choose Mill Creek because they offered a veteran discount and they eere quick to scheduled a meeting for the next day. Zach was right on time for our meeting and was able to answer all my questions. These people go th extra step for there customers.

I can’t recommend this company enough. More importantly, Doug. I’ve never had better customer service from someone in my life. The last company we used, Air Stars completely took advantage of me not knowing anything, over charged me, didn’t explain anything and installed a unit that wasn’t sufficient for our square footage. Doug, not only fixed our current heating dilemma, but took the time to explain it so I could fully understand, he explained what could help down the road, answered every single question I had without making me feel dumb, took the time to show me the unit & how we can make it more efficient, he had AMAZING customer service and was very personable. I don’t normally leave reviews, but he is worth mentioning. He deserves a raise or something good! Solid guy and we will be using Mill Creek from now on, and asking for him in the future because of our experience today! 10 stars!

Bought filters for furnace no

Day one Marijuana was liberated from our garden. Day two is when they finally finished in my 1000 square-foot home all they did was replace the heat pump and the furnace. Day three somebody had to be called furnace was working improperly and an outdoor sensor was forgotten by the installation crew. Day four another tech had to be called because our heat pump and furnace ended up being locked on AC 60°. We froze all night and almost the whole day. Finally, the final person that was called had to change out our thermostat the one we had just purchased because of what happened on day two. Finally from Jay five on it seems our unit is working properly. We were never apologize to never given a discount for the extraordinary, horrible equipment combination with service. This house residence is a disabled veteran and a senior citizen so besides all the equipment failures. One night we were stuck at 86° and the next day and night we were stuck at 60° and completely locked out of our system.
