Daniel from Mill Creek Heating came to our home and helped us troubleshoot our heat pump. He was very professional and just a really nice guy who is knowledgeable and honest. If you want an honest HVAC tech and good company I highly recommend Millcreek Heating. Thank you Daniel! We also signed up for the maintenance program which is very reasonable! Price reflected in the total cost. Can’t praise enough!

Called mill creek heating on a Friday afternoon. They sent Scott Williams. He arrived within 2 hrs of making the call. He was professional and efficient. Had to replace multiple parts and had us up and in ac within an 3 hr of making the phone call. Thanks folks for the quick and helpful service.

Edit : well had another company come out to clean what you said you already did. They blower wheel was removed and was so dirty and is why is kept freezing over, I wish I could post the pics they gave me of the work you failed at so I could post. If you guys want to be lazy and not do the work that you are being asked and paid for just tell your clients, this air conditioning system is for my business and is required for me to operate it is absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable that you guys could not come out and complete the work when three different technicians came out and all three refuse to remove the wheel. And stated it was not dirty which was a complete lie! Having to change my review down to one star and it's very upsetting called you guys out a year ago because we were having problems with the other company cleaning our air conditioner your technician advised that my blower wheel needs to be removed from my machine every 6 months and cleaned, what you guys have come out and done twice and now all of a sudden I have had over three technicians and a boss at my house my blower wheel has not been removed an my machine is still freezing over causing me to have to cancel my day because this is located in my business. I'm really at a loss of words you're one of the largest companies around and I don't understand why you don't have a technician that can remove my blower wheel as you have done in the past. Instead you keep sending someone out that does not remove the blower wheel an tells me everything is working properly and as soon as they leave my machine freezes over. My machine is less than 6 years old and considering a very experienced technician said the blower will needs to be removed and that is the only thing that fixes this problem I am not understanding why you guys do not fix my problem when I am willing to pay. Considering the multiple conversations and problems there has been with my unit and getting it clean this time I would definitely expect to have heard from someone to check and make sure my machine is working properly but it kind of feels like you just want us to go away

We had a new furnace and water pump installed. The install was completed quickly and efficiently. All involved parties were nice and helpful.

Our AC was not producing cold air and we called for diagnosis. Anthony came out and found our fan unit had died and may have affected other control parts. He was quick to determine what we needed and ordered the parts. We have a tech coming tomorrow to replace the fan and other parts. Thanks very much.

We will only ever use Mill Creek. We have gone through them in the past with our last house and they were great! When purchased our new home we needed some help getting things in order. Once we got a quote and agreed to proceed, everything was so quick! A couple guys come out and install a new system and it was a fantastic experience. They were efficient and very professional! All the staff we have encountered have been so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 service!

Heat pump malfunctioned. Tec went through system explaining each test. Discovered fan or control board had a hitch that corrected itself while testing. Now on watch to see if problem happens again so it can be sorted.

He recommended some parts to be replaced so we can have a comfortable summer with our cooling system before Summer hits. I signed up for a maintenance agreement that includes filters, to keep my equipment performing at its highest efficiency. I highly recommend Mill Creek Heating.
