“It was time to make a decision on costly repairs or replacement of my AC unit. I had been working with another company, but wanted to get some other quotes. There are dozens of HVAC options out there, so I asked some family and friends for recommendations. The only common name I was given, was Mill Creek. From the initial call with Mandi to meeting Zach for an assessment, and repeated calls with my questions… I couldn't have had a better experience. This continued through install and follow up. I actually ended up replacing my furnace and AC unit, and felt educated and informed without any pressure or regrets. Zach identified some minor corrections during the final walk through, and I had a few questions that will be addressed, but the service and time I have been given was excellent. Mill Creek has made this experience feel seamless for me and my family. Replacing these kinds of units is a significant financial decision. I can't thank the team enough, and I'm already enjoying the new comfort in my home.

After selecting an option to replace both heating and AC units Zach got all incentives from the state. The replacement was scheduled, the crew was on time and I was very impressed by the quality of their work.
