We will only ever use Mill Creek. We have gone through them in the past with our last house and they were great! When purchased our new home we needed some help getting things in order. Once we got a quote and agreed to proceed, everything was so quick! A couple guys come out and install a new system and it was a fantastic experience. They were efficient and very professional! All the staff we have encountered have been so kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 service!

Heat pump malfunctioned. Tec went through system explaining each test. Discovered fan or control board had a hitch that corrected itself while testing. Now on watch to see if problem happens again so it can be sorted.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and thorough when performing my preventative maintenance. He explained everything he was doing along the way and why. He recommended some parts to be replaced so we can have a comfortable summer with our cooling system before Summer hits. I signed up for a maintenance agreement that includes filters, to keep my equipment performing at its highest efficiency. I highly recommend Mill Creek Heating.

Scott came and did maintenance on the air conditioning and cleaned out the dryer vent, which was really full of lint. I have notice a big difference in drying my clothes. Thanks Scott your your service.

Anthony provided good service and installed an air purifier. We were given no instructions on the purifier works, what the numbers mean, apparently there is an app. We called and ask for info and never got a call back. For the cost is call back would have been nice. Reconsidering Mill Creek

I’m very happy that, after getting many quotes, we chose Mill Creek as our supplier/contractor when we replaced our existing HVAC system. Our first meeting with Justin (comfort care specialist 👍) went better than I expected. There was no high pressure sales pitch at all. It was a straight up discussion of our needs and what Mill Creek had to offer. We were presented with several options, all of which were perfectly suited for our home. There was zero pressure to pick any particular model. The decision was ours and easy to make. The installation was smooth, and the results were everything I expected. Excellent work by the team, and great follow up by Justin and his staff. I’m very pleased with the results and the entire experience. Daniel was on time, polite, he told us what he was doing and why. He checked out everything and found some issues and told us the cost. We went for the repairs. Area was clean and picked up after work was done and friendly. He knew what he was doing. ,

We had a service check on our furnace and air-condition systems yesterday. The tech was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable having him in our home. When we needed some servicing on our furnace, he presented us with options with no intent to push us one way or other. Our furnace and air conditioning are running great and we would have him come again in a heartbeat if we needed maintenance or service.

Mill Creek Heating & Air is my go-to company for all HVAC & Water Heater issues. They did the initial equipment installations and are here at the drop of a hat should I need their services. This time it was a thermocouple in my water heater that went bad. Scott told me what was wrong, then showed me what was wrong, then replaced it in a timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. “It was time to make a decision on costly repairs or replacement of my AC unit. I had been working with another company, but wanted to get some other quotes. There are dozens of HVAC options out there, so I asked some family and friends for recommendations. The only common name I was given, was Mill Creek. From the initial call with Mandi to meeting Zach for an assessment, and repeated calls with my questions… I couldn't have had a better experience. This continued through install and follow up. I actually ended up replacing my furnace and AC unit, and felt educated and informed without any pressure or regrets. Zach identified some minor corrections during the final walk through, and I had a few questions that will be addressed, but the service and time I have been given was excellent. Mill Creek has made this experience feel seamless for me and my family. Replacing these kinds of units is a significant financial decision. I can't thank the team enough, and I'm already enjoying the new comfort in my home.
