I’ve been a customer of Mill Creek for 12 years now. They installed my heating system under a new construction and have bent over backwards to help me. One time I needed a part on a long back order and MillCreek took the part out of one of their units, replaced mine under warranty and they are all the wait time for TRANE to replace the components. These guys are awesome. Every single one of their techs have been professional, on time, and explain in great detail what charges they will be placing and why. The office is prompt and extremely responsive to my needs and always get someone out to help ASAP. I wish my health care, auto insurance, and place of work responded as quickly and accurate as my HVAC team at MillCreek. We truly see you as family every time you come out because that’s how you treat us!! He determined that the electronic air filter was arcing and required repair/replacement. I got a quote the other day, which I assume is for a replacement of the entire unit; the quote didn't specify part replacement or entire unit replacement, so I'm unclear about that. We also talked about using a "standard" air filter in that place which would require a bit of sheet metal to accommodate the size difference between the filter and the chamber. I told him I would. like to pursue that in the immediate future instead of going ahead with the expense of replacing the entire unit now, but I haven't heard back on cost or timing.

Arlen came do do my regular maintenance and fix my ‘no heat’ problem. He found the culprit and had the part with him so I could warm up right away! Price was fair and there was no charge for the checkup on the maintenance plan.
