“We were very happy with Mill Creek's service. Our renter called us Saturday, late morning because the furnace would not stay on. He said he had space heaters, and it wasn't terribly cold so we called it in as a nonemergency service request. Before noon on Monday the furnace was back up and running and the service charge was very reasonable. We are glad we don't need them often, but we are beyond grateful that they are there when we do.”
