“Had our annual maintenance checkup last week. The young man who came did a very thorough job servicing all parts of our Water Furnace geothermal heat pump. He even vacuumed out the fan housing and flushed the condensate pump. Our fan has been running continuously regardless of the thermostat setting. He checked this and found a stuck relay in our thermostat. We were very pleased with his service and his pleasant attitude.”
