This is my own personal opinion and may not reflect directly on my place of employment . During the visit from Mill Creek heating the technician James Doug McGhee thoroughly checked out our HVAC unit 1, he found faults on the board and a stuck sensor for heat. Unit was reset and it appears the trouble is corrosion within the control for the outside air damper. The unit did not have the factory plug to bypass the damper control. So for the meantime the unit is operating with fresh air only to aid in cooling. I have approved continuation of the repair to get it back to a normal condition. The question I answer below is only for the initial inspection visit.
Doug came back and installed the new damper control board… did more diagnostic and more work will be needed. Surprisingly the unit has been running good since this most current visit.

I would highly recommend, and will use them again and woukd recommend them to anyone I know looking for a system.

They were professional great at answering questions. Took time to hear what I wanted and building the right unit for the home and needs I wanted.

Cleaned up everything as if they were never there at the home.

Install was smooth and done on time, And the instal team was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

You would be missing out if you did not at least hear them out or talk to them.

Update had to have them come back out and the technician Ethan came to help with a problem. He was amazing and great to work with.

Company was really good about taking care of me and wanting to make sure everything is ok.

Im going to be talking to them about there maintenance program with the way they treat me its worth every cent.

Last year we had a new Carrier, gas, furnace, and central cooling system installed By Mill Creek Heating . Today, Scott from Mill Creek arrived right on time for the yearly maintenance for both systems. Scott reviewed with me all the systems being checked and helped me implement a filter replacement plan. He also provided insight on Air filtration systems we’d like to have installed in the future and a gas connection that we need disconnected for installation of a new electric range and oven.
I give five stars to the service today and five stars for the great response last year when we were without heat for an extended period of time! I’m confident this maintenance plan will keep us warm and cool without down time.

We had a new roof installed in December. This month our heatpump stopped working. Called Mill Creek and they came out and determined the heatpump had lost all it’s coolant due to a leak. The had to replace the coolant line between the pump and air handler. The crew did a very professional job. The head guy was Shon Landon.

Stephen has been amazing to work with. As service manager, he has helped us get our heat pump up and running with help of his crew. He makes sure to explain the issues with our system, so much so that we now view him as a trusted resource! Hard to find in this day.

Daniel came to do my regular maintenance . He found a part that needed replacement, had the part with him and completed the replacement in short order. He was friendly and professional and left the place as he found it. The price was fair and there was no charge for the checkup on the maintenance plan. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Heating , especially the maintenance plan ( I have older equipment so it’s invaluable!)

My furnace quit working and it was cold outside so I wanted it fixed as soon as possible or at least looked at so I would know my options. After another company postponed my scheduled appointment to the next day (which was already the day after I called) I decided to try Mill Creek. Scott came out within a couple hours of me calling and quickly assessed what part needed to be replaced and got it installed in less than another hour. All in all my experience was excellent and I couldn't be happier.

I called at 8:00am on June 28th one of the hottest days ever, I explained to them that air won't come on and my husband had a stroke 30 days earlier so I was worried about him, they were here before 9:00am and were done fixing it by 9:30. This is my 3rd experience with this company and after the 1st one I will never go anywhere else. Today was Christmas in June for us!!!

It was a Saturday night when my thermostat blanked out and the heat went off. Scott W. Showed up Sunday morning to and found that the furnace had blown a fuse, needed a replacement part, and said another appointment would be scheduled once part was in. He left. A bit later Scott called to say he had been "thinking about it", came back, and fixed the problem!!! Turns out it was a faulty wire on the outside hvac unit that caused the problem. Thanks to Scott for not giving up and going above and beyond what my experience has been with other places. It was also a reasonable price for a Sunday emergency call.

Our heating went out New Years Eve. I called so many places and left messages. Mill Creek was the only one to call me back. They came out Monday after the holiday and found the problem. Ordered the parts and the day after the parts came in they came out and made the repairs. We have a geothermal system. So thankful and appreciate this company.
