I signed up for the 2-year maintenance plan, and it’s been great. Scott Williams came out on time, was friendly, and did a thorough job. The plan is a good value and includes tune-ups for both heating and cooling plus new filters each visit. Highly recommend!

We had a heat pump break down leaving us with no air conditioning during the hot days. We called Mill Creek Heating and they were able to promptly send a tech out. The tech, Scott Williams, was able to diagnose the problem immediately. We discussed the issue and why the same part failed twice on a 5 yr old unit. We are in the country and at the end of the power line having power blips. He suggested we install a surge protector for the heat pump. That made sense as we have them on our computer and well pump. Scott could have just fixed the current issue and left but listened, gave a really good solution, resulting in a very satisfied customer.

Our very old A/C stopped working this summer (2025) and we reached out to Mill Creek Heating. Their technical repairman arrived the same morning, diagnosed the issue and made the repair within the hour. AND this was during a week of a heatwave of 90 + degree temps so they were very busy but got us up and running immediately. We plan to continue using Mill Creek Heating and sure appreciate their quality work!

As reluctant as we were to replace our air conditioner that failed on us too early, we were grateful that Mill Creek Heating was able to consult with us and install a heat pump in its place. The entire team at Mill Creek was great from the technician, who initially diagnosed the issues with the old equipment, to the sales consultant, who advised and provided proposals, to the installers who were able to get new equipment in place in one day. Communication was seamless and responsive. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend, and will use them again and woukd recommend them to anyone I know looking for a system.

They were professional great at answering questions. Took time to hear what I wanted and building the right unit for the home and needs I wanted.

Cleaned up everything as if they were never there at the home.

Install was smooth and done on time, And the instal team was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

You would be missing out if you did not at least hear them out or talk to them.

Great maintenance service. I was surprised that the anti-allergy part was so expensive. Andy explained the that the entire front had to be replaced. He has great customer service skills and we would like to have him be our regular maintenance provider.

Outstanding work. I had an older geothermal system that needed to be replaced and upgraded. Chris came to the house right on time and after looking over everything very thoroughly, he recommended some improvements to the ducting and recommended the variable speed Waterfurnace Series 7 units (which now also allows me to use the standby generator during power outages without worries of overloading it).
Shon and Landon, who did nearly all the installation work, were the best. There is literally nothing I can think of that they could have done any better. Every morning they called a little ahead of time to let me know they were coming, were very courteous and respectful when they were inside our living space and they totally cleaned up after they were finished every day. But, even more important to me was their level of craftmanship and attention to detail which was top notch.
Everything is working perfectly and I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!

I called this morning and received a quick call back and was able to be scheduled for AC evaluation and repair today. Fortunately the tech had the parts on hand and we have cool air again! I was expecting to be put off for a week or two given the heat we’ve been having and am very pleasantly surprised that we are up and running again so quickly. Their teamwork seems to be spot on and the tech was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.
