Mill Creek heating name was on our furnace when we bought the house and so I just keep on using them and they've been great! They do my annual maintenance and they don't try to charge me for things I don't need. They're always on time and I get a text when they're on their way. Friendly and knowledgeable.

When we realized our furnace wasn’t heating the house after getting back into town, we hoped to get it fixed in 2 or 3 days, but Mill Creek not only got a technician out that afternoon, he was able to replace the bad board and get our heat working before he left. They made fans out of us!

Mill Creek was recommended to me by a trusted source, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. I had NW Natural come out and look and my faulting unit. They told me what they thought was the issue. Mill Creek agreed that I needed a new part but quoted me 4k to replace. I understand the tech was just doing their job but I found a replacement for $700 and replaced it on my own.

The company works with you! They are very caring. my technician's name is Wes, I would not have anyone else. This young man is amazing!!! This was our first experience with Mill Creek Heating, when we called them to repair our gas furnace. The Service Technician, Anthony was very professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and communicated with my husband during the entire process. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, where other companies we had come out were unable to diagnose the error codes on the gas furnace. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

My old WaterFurnace finally failed after 30 years. Chris at Mill Creek helped us with our available options - repair the existing system or install a new one. We opted for a new WaterFurnace Series 7 with a Trane filter, PuriFi system, and added zones to the house.

Chris was extremely thorough with the estimation and design process. His install team knew exactly what the plan was and came prepared. Total job site time was 6 business days, from removing the old unit, modifying our ducting, and installing the new unit. Our Washington County inspector was complementary of the install job.
