I’m very happy that, after getting many quotes, we chose Mill Creek as our supplier/contractor when we replaced our existing HVAC system. Our first meeting with Justin (comfort care specialist 👍) went better than I expected. There was no high pressure sales pitch at all. It was a straight up discussion of our needs and what Mill Creek had to offer. We were presented with several options, all of which were perfectly suited for our home. There was zero pressure to pick any particular model. The decision was ours and easy to make. The installation was smooth, and the results were everything I expected. Excellent work by the team, and great follow up by Justin and his staff. I’m very pleased with the results and the entire experience. The tech, Wes Thorn, from Mill Creek Heating was excellent. He was thorough, professional, and friendly. This was our first semi-annual service with Mill Creek and it was the most thorough we have ever had with any company. We highly recommend Mill Creek Heating.

We had a service check on our furnace and air-condition systems yesterday. The tech was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable having him in our home. When we needed some servicing on our furnace, he presented us with options with no intent to push us one way or other. Our furnace and air conditioning are running great and we would have him come again in a heartbeat if we needed maintenance or service.

Mill Creek Heating & Air is my go-to company for all HVAC & Water Heater issues. They did the initial equipment installations and are here at the drop of a hat should I need their services. This time it was a thermocouple in my water heater that went bad. Scott told me what was wrong, then showed me what was wrong, then replaced it in a timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. Scott Williams recently came to our house to service our HVAC system and AC Unit. The service was part of our annual maintenance plan. He called us to say he was on his way and arrived promptly for our 8:00 AM appointment. Scott did an excellent job. Very thorough and knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system. He explained what he was doing and answered our questions. I will definitely ask for Scott for our next service appt.

My furnace stopped working suddenly and I called Mill Creek Heating to see about having someone look at it. When I called in, Jennifer talked me through steps I could try to take to fix it on my own to avoid paying for a service call-- though the fix didn't stick, this was much appreciated! Tim came out within hours to diagnose the issues, and Chris B. came the next day to draw up quotes for a replacement furnace (and new AC, on my request). No one along the way tried to upsell me, and they gave me tons of information on all of my options: replacement parts, different types of furnace, different types of AC, and all the differences/price points (as well as how to access financing options) to help me make the best decision. Mandi was able to schedule installation almost immediately and was super helpful working around my work schedule. Chris K., Brian, and Brett arrived on time for the install, did an amazing job, and didn't leave until I knew how everything worked and I confirmed I was satisfied. I was even informed that the team at Mill Creek take care of registering the new equipment for free, which doubles the length of the warranties! I am so happy with every part of my experience and every team member I interacted with, and the new furnace and AC are working great.

This is my own personal opinion and may not reflect directly on my place of employment . During the visit from Mill Creek heating the technician James Doug McGhee thoroughly checked out our HVAC unit 1, he found faults on the board and a stuck sensor for heat. Unit was reset and it appears the trouble is corrosion within the control for the outside air damper. The unit did not have the factory plug to bypass the damper control. So for the meantime the unit is operating with fresh air only to aid in cooling. I have approved continuation of the repair to get it back to a normal condition. The question I answer below is only for the initial inspection visit. Doug came back and installed the new damper control board… did more diagnostic and more work will be needed. Surprisingly the unit has been running good since this most current visit.

I would highly recommend, and will use them again and woukd recommend them to anyone I know looking for a system. They were professional great at answering questions. Took time to hear what I wanted and building the right unit for the home and needs I wanted. Cleaned up everything as if they were never there at the home. Install was smooth and done on time, And the instal team was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. You would be missing out if you did not at least hear them out or talk to them. Update had to have them come back out and the technician Ethan came to help with a problem. He was amazing and great to work with. Company was really good about taking care of me and wanting to make sure everything is ok. Im going to be talking to them about there maintenance program with the way they treat me its worth every cent.

Our furnace stopped working and I was facing a freezing house with my twin toddlers. Mill Creek Heating kindly squeezed us into their already packed schedule, which I’m so grateful for. Last year we had a new Carrier, gas, furnace, and central cooling system installed By Mill Creek Heating . Today, Scott from Mill Creek arrived right on time for the yearly maintenance for both systems. Scott reviewed with me all the systems being checked and helped me implement a filter replacement plan. He also provided insight on Air filtration systems we’d like to have installed in the future and a gas connection that we need disconnected for installation of a new electric range and oven. I give five stars to the service today and five stars for the great response last year when we were without heat for an extended period of time! I’m confident this maintenance plan will keep us warm and cool without down time. Thanks to everyone at Millcreek!

We had a new roof installed in December. This month our heatpump stopped working. Called Mill Creek and they came out and determined the heatpump had lost all it’s coolant due to a leak. The had to replace the coolant line between the pump and air handler. The crew did a very professional job. The head guy was Shon Landon.

Wes is a great guy and able to do some super “detective” work for me. So happy to have found Mill Creek Heating & AC.

Michael was very knowledgeable about geothermal heat pumps and performed a great maintenance job for us. I would definitely use mill creek heating and cooling again.

Stephen has been amazing to work with. As service manager, he has helped us get our heat pump up and running with help of his crew. He makes sure to explain the issues with our system, so much so that we now view him as a trusted resource! Hard to find in this day. Mill Creek has proven time and again to be the best HVAC company in the area. We highly recommend Mill Creek.

Daniel came to do my regular maintenance . He found a part that needed replacement, had the part with him and completed the replacement in short order. He was friendly and professional and left the place as he found it. The price was fair and there was no charge for the checkup on the maintenance plan. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Heating , especially the maintenance plan ( I have older equipment so it’s invaluable!)
