He determined that the electronic air filter was arcing and required repair/replacement. I got a quote the other day, which I assume is for a replacement of the entire unit; the quote didn't specify part replacement or entire unit replacement, so I'm unclear about that. We also talked about using a "standard" air filter in that place which would require a bit of sheet metal to accommodate the size difference between the filter and the chamber. I told him I would. like to pursue that in the immediate future instead of going ahead with the expense of replacing the entire unit now, but I haven't heard back on cost or timing.

Arlen came do do my regular maintenance and fix my ‘no heat’ problem. He found the culprit and had the part with him so I could warm up right away! Price was fair and there was no charge for the checkup on the maintenance plan. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Heating , especially the maintenance plan ( I have older equipment so it’s invaluable!)

Scott performed the needed service of our air conditioning unit in a professional manner. He called us to indicate he was in his way to our house. He arrived shortly thereafter. He was very competent and knew what needed to be done. He replaced our furnace filter and he also did other required tests of the HVAC system. I really appreciate his expertise. “It was time to make a decision on costly repairs or replacement of my AC unit. I had been working with another company, but wanted to get some other quotes. There are dozens of HVAC options out there, so I asked some family and friends for recommendations. The only common name I was given, was Mill Creek. From the initial call with Mandi to meeting Zach for an assessment, and repeated calls with my questions… I couldn't have had a better experience. This continued through install and follow up. I actually ended up replacing my furnace and AC unit, and felt educated and informed without any pressure or regrets. Zach identified some minor corrections during the final walk through, and I had a few questions that will be addressed, but the service and time I have been given was excellent. Mill Creek has made this experience feel seamless for me and my family. Replacing these kinds of units is a significant financial decision. I can't thank the team enough, and I'm already enjoying the new comfort in my home.
