In the cold weather before Christmas, our furnace quit working and the house temperature dropped to 52 degrees. We were grateful that Anthony was able to come out quickly and fix a problem, one we could not fix following the owner's manual. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful explaining the problem. The fix only took an hour and the house started warming. The service charge was reasonable.

Very professional did a thorough job looking at all the ductwork and giving me a fair estimate. Installation was done the next day as we didn’t have heat. The furnace works great would hire them again.

Had an issue with my house in Salem and was quoted an astronomical amount to repair/replace my system. Luckily I was referred to Mil Creek Heating from a friend. Cliff and the team were great. They had my repairs done and my original equipment up and running perfectly within a day. Well under the prices I had received from other companies. Would highly recommend them moving forward. We called Mill Creek hearing on a Saturday, mid-day. Since it was a nonemergency we were told they would call between 8-8:30 Monday morning. At 8 AM Monday morning Jennifer called and said they could be out to take a look between 11 and 1:00. Before noon on Monday or furnace was back up and running. The charge was very reasonable.

I contacted Mill Creek heating about a ground source heat pump when other HVAC companies didn't. Mill Creek did a great job of explaining the options and doing a detailed analysis of my home. Mill Creek acted as prime contractor and made arrangements with sub-contractors for things like excavating and horizontal boring. However, the arrangement was for me to pay these subcontractors directly, instead of going through Mill Creek. This worked, but communication and pricing was not as clear as I would have liked.

Pricing for the entire system was MUCH higher than I had thought it would be, but it was within the estimate provided by Mill Creek before I signed the contract.

In the end the system was successfully installed and, so far, is working as advertised. I am happy with the results and would definitely recommend Mill Creek to others.

My Dad noticed and was impressed by how much time Ken spent on the annual furnace and air conditioning maintenance compared to the last 2 companies he had do it. My Dad was also pleased with Ken cleaning and getting the gas fireplace ready for winter. My Dad was pleased with the price and experience. He will be hiring Ken again next year!

Scott analyzed the problem and found the part I needed. I ordered it that day. It arrived and Scott got it installed the following day! We were only without heat for a full day. Thanks for the rapid turnaround!

The price for the motor was a lot more than I expected, but I'm glad to have it repaired.

Last week Daniel came to do the Heating system maintenance. Always timely, if he gets held up at the previous job, I get a a call. Daniel is always friendly, courteous , and helpful when I have a question or a problem. Last time he realized that I had the wrong size filter and put the correct size in so it would stop making noise everytime the heat came on. This visit he helped me set my smart thermostat. In the future I’ll always request him as my tech guy:)

When we realized our furnace wasn’t heating the house after getting back into town, we hoped to get it fixed in 2 or 3 days, but Mill Creek not only got a technician out that afternoon, he was able to replace the bad board and get our heat working before he left. They made fans out of us!

Mill Creek was recommended to me by a trusted source, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. I had NW Natural come out and look and my faulting unit. They told me what they thought was the issue. Mill Creek agreed that I needed a new part but quoted me 4k to replace. I understand the tech was just doing their job but I found a replacement for $700 and replaced it on my own.

The Service Technician, Anthony was very professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and communicated with my husband during the entire process. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, where other companies we had come out were unable to diagnose the error codes on the gas furnace. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Geothermal Heat Pump Repair in Jefferson, OR 97352

“You proved to be the company I thought you were when my wife and I selected you to replace our twenty five year old Geothermal system approximately two years ago. When we had a breakdown last week you responded that day and diagnosed coaxial failure, defective from the factory. A major problem! Ninety degrees in the house. Somehow you got the part in a few days and sent two incredible people to do the warranty work. Removing the old part and replacing was more difficult than installation. “Outstanding work. I had an older geothermal system that needed to be replaced and upgraded. Chris came to the house right on time and after looking over everything very thoroughly, recommended some improvements to the ducting and recommended the variable speed Waterfurnace Series 7 units (which now also allows me to use the standby generator during power outages without worries of overloading it).
Shon and Landon, who did nearly all the installation work were the best. There is literally nothing I can think of that they could have done any better. Every morning they called a little ahead of time to let me know they were coming, were very courteous and respectful when they were inside our living space and they totally cleaned up after they were finished every day. But, even more important to me was their level of craftmanship and attention to detail which was top notch.
Everything is working perfectly and I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!”
