We had a new roof installed in December. This month our heatpump stopped working. Called Mill Creek and they came out and determined the heatpump had lost all it’s coolant due to a leak. The had to replace the coolant line between the pump and air handler. The crew did a very professional job. The head guy was Shon Landon.

Our heating went out New Years Eve. I called so many places and left messages. Mill Creek was the only one to call me back. They came out Monday after the holiday and found the problem. Ordered the parts and the day after the parts came in they came out and made the repairs. We have a geothermal system. So thankful and appreciate this company.

The men who have come out to check out our HVAC every 6 months have always been great about picking up on any necessary repairs or weak capacitors that need replacing. They are reasonably priced and very competent.

They showed up a couple of hours early and were able to fix my heat by 3 PM. Wes was friendly and personable. He made a special trip into Salem from Turner to get the part needed to fix our gas heat. Found the filter was dirty. We changed that as instructed. Heating stopped working again. I let him know before the service call that the igniter has had issues in the past and Mill Creek has corrected it on previous visits. Heater stopped working after he left on Christmas Eve. Had to heat the house with fireplace Son in law came over and manually started heater with a lighter on Saturday night as we can’t heat the entire house with just a fire. Called and they were off Friday after Christmas Hoping they can get out Monday to look at the igniter so my heater will work. I can’t get to the heater as I just had surgery.

In the cold weather before Christmas, our furnace quit working and the house temperature dropped to 52 degrees. We were grateful that Anthony was able to come out quickly and fix a problem, one we could not fix following the owner's manual. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful explaining the problem. The fix only took an hour and the house started warming. The service charge was reasonable.

Had an issue with my house in Salem and was quoted an astronomical amount to repair/replace my system. Luckily I was referred to Mil Creek Heating from a friend. Cliff and the team were great. They had my repairs done and my original equipment up and running perfectly within a day. Well under the prices I had received from other companies. Would highly recommend them moving forward. We called Mill Creek hearing on a Saturday, mid-day. Since it was a nonemergency we were told they would call between 8-8:30 Monday morning. At 8 AM Monday morning Jennifer called and said they could be out to take a look between 11 and 1:00. Before noon on Monday or furnace was back up and running. The charge was very reasonable.

I contacted Mill Creek heating about a ground source heat pump when other HVAC companies didn't. Mill Creek did a great job of explaining the options and doing a detailed analysis of my home. Mill Creek acted as prime contractor and made arrangements with sub-contractors for things like excavating and horizontal boring. However, the arrangement was for me to pay these subcontractors directly, instead of going through Mill Creek. This worked, but communication and pricing was not as clear as I would have liked.

Pricing for the entire system was MUCH higher than I had thought it would be, but it was within the estimate provided by Mill Creek before I signed the contract.

In the end the system was successfully installed and, so far, is working as advertised. I am happy with the results and would definitely recommend Mill Creek to others.

My Dad noticed and was impressed by how much time Ken spent on the annual furnace and air conditioning maintenance compared to the last 2 companies he had do it. My Dad was also pleased with Ken cleaning and getting the gas fireplace ready for winter. My Dad was pleased with the price and experience. He will be hiring Ken again next year!

The price for the motor was a lot more than I expected, but I'm glad to have it repaired.

Last week Daniel came to do the Heating system maintenance. Always timely, if he gets held up at the previous job, I get a a call. Daniel is always friendly, courteous , and helpful when I have a question or a problem. Last time he realized that I had the wrong size filter and put the correct size in so it would stop making noise everytime the heat came on. This visit he helped me set my smart thermostat. In the future I’ll always request him as my tech guy:)

Air Conditioning Repair in Other 97396

“We purchased our AC unit from Mill Creek 3yrs ago…Had issue with AC & condensation pump not coming on at all.. Wes came out and found that it was the pump that had gone bad. He didn’t have a replacement pump because he had used it on service call before mine. He drove to get one and returned, which was great because most places say they would have to come back tomorrow, I’ve had it happen before..
He replaced the pump and made sure everything was working. Have had regular maintenance done with Mill Creek several times and have been happy with service.. Wes was very knowledgeable and did a great job!!

“Ken came, diagnosed the water heater issue, called the company and advocated for us. This water heater has given us issues since moving into our new home in August of 2023. Ken got the company to realize this water heater has been worked on numerous times without a resolution. Once the water heater company listened to information Ken gave them, they agreed to replace the water heater.
Ken and another person came today, 05/22/2025 and replaced the water heater. We are so relieved and finally have hope the new water heater will be the solution after almost 2 years of dealing with hot water issues and alarms going off.
