“You proved to be the company I thought you were when my wife and I selected you to replace our twenty five year old Geothermal system approximately two years ago. When we had a breakdown last week you responded that day and diagnosed coaxial failure, defective from the factory. A major problem! Ninety degrees in the house. Somehow you got the part in a few days and sent two incredible people to do the warranty work. Removing the old part and replacing was more difficult than installation. Thank you for being the trustworthy company we hoped you were when we selected you!
You are in the right honest business to serve our community. A rarity these days.”

“Outstanding work. I had an older geothermal system that needed to be replaced and upgraded. Chris came to the house right on time and after looking over everything very thoroughly, recommended some improvements to the ducting and recommended the variable speed Waterfurnace Series 7 units (which now also allows me to use the standby generator during power outages without worries of overloading it).
Shon and Landon, who did nearly all the installation work were the best. There is literally nothing I can think of that they could have done any better. Every morning they called a little ahead of time to let me know they were coming, were very courteous and respectful when they were inside our living space and they totally cleaned up after they were finished every day. But, even more important to me was their level of craftmanship and attention to detail which was top notch.
Everything is working perfectly and I would definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!”

“I contacted Mill Creek my heat pump was not working. They said fully booked would come the next day. They called me back. They made
an opening and came out the same day. Repaired the heat pump on first visit. The receptionist was very professional as well as the booking individual. The repairman was polite, efficient and answered my questions. This was my first experience with Mill Creek. It will not be my last. Great people all of them. I am older and so grateful they were nice. Thank you very much!”

“We purchased our AC unit from Mill Creek 3yrs ago…Had issue with AC & condensation pump not coming on at all.. Wes came out and found that it was the pump that had gone bad. He didn’t have a replacement pump because he had used it on service call before mine. He drove to get one and returned, which was great because most places say they would have to come back tomorrow, I’ve had it happen before..
He replaced the pump and made sure everything was working. Have had regular maintenance done with Mill Creek several times and have been happy with service.. Wes was very knowledgeable and did a great job!!

“Ken came, diagnosed the water heater issue, called the company and advocated for us. This water heater has given us issues since moving into our new home in August of 2023. Ken got the company to realize this water heater has been worked on numerous times without a resolution. Once the water heater company listened to information Ken gave them, they agreed to replace the water heater.
Ken and another person came today, 05/22/2025 and replaced the water heater. We are so relieved and finally have hope the new water heater will be the solution after almost 2 years of dealing with hot water issues and alarms going off.
A big thank you goes out to Ken for advocating on behalf of the customer.”

“It was time to make a decision on costly repairs or replacement of my AC unit. I had been working with another company, but wanted to get some other quotes. There are dozens of HVAC options out there, so I asked some family and friends for recommendations. The only common name I was given, was Mill Creek. From the initial call with Mandi to meeting Zach for an assessment, and repeated calls with my questions… I couldn't have had a better experience. This continued through install and follow up. I actually ended up replacing my furnace and AC unit, and felt educated and informed without any pressure or regrets. Zach identified some minor corrections during the final walk through, and I had a few questions that will be addressed, but the service and time I have been given was excellent. Mill Creek has made this experience feel seamless for me and my family. Replacing these kinds of units is a significant financial decision. I can't thank the team enough, and I'm already enjoying the new comfort in my home.
